Matters Arising:
Setting Up.  Thank you to all those members who had helped setting up tonight and to Barbara for the flowers.
Visit to ex-member.  Barbara confirmed that she had been to visit her in the care home and taken a card and some flowers.  She was pleased with them and seems to be doing well.
Rural Life Museum.  This has been confirmed as Tuesday 7 May, leaving the Village Hall at 5.45pm.  Arrangements to be made at April meeting.  As this is an educational trip members’ costs can be paid for from our own funds.  Please confirm with Barbara tonight whether or not you wish to come.  If numbers are low we will be able to offer places to husbands, partners & friends but they will need to pay for themselves.
Camerton Court.  It has been too difficult to find a suitable date so hopefully we will be able to arrange an outing early next Spring to see the snowdrops.
International Women’s Day in Frome.  No-one was able to attend this event at The Cheese & Grain.
Possible Craft Day.  19 October has been reserved at the Hall.  However, at this moment no definite plans.  Please see one of the Committee if you would like it to go ahead and also give any suggestions of which crafts you would like to see demonstrated and be able to join in with a workshop.
